What We Do

Clearline provides structured regulatory management under the U.S. Department of Transportation and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration, supporting owner-operators and fleet carriers with disciplined, ongoing compliance oversight.

We assume responsibility for:

  • Full carrier compliance administration under your DOT authority

  • Monthly safety performance monitoring and intervention tracking

  • Driver qualification file oversight and record integrity

  • Drug and Alcohol program management, consortium coordination, and MRO result handling

  • FMCSA Clearinghouse enrollment, queries, and reporting compliance

  • Audit documentation control and response preparation

  • Enforcement notice review and corrective action guidance

  • Fleet-level compliance scaling as vehicle counts increase

Our Services

Owner-Operator Compliance

$149 /month

Includes:

Vehicle Limit:

Limited to one (1) vehicle

Additional vehicles are not permitted under this plan

Fleets operating more than one vehicle are required to enroll in a fleet plan

Fleet Pro Compliance

$499 / month

Includes:

  • Covers 6-10 vehicles

  • Full DOT & FMCSA Compliance Management

  • All services included in Fleet Core Compliance

  • Advanced fleet-wide Compliance oversight

  • Multi-driver & multi-vehicle monitoring

  • Audit response coordination & escalation support

  • Priority compliance handling

Vehicle Limits & Scaling

  • Includes up to 10 vehicles

  • Additional vehicles: $40 per vehicle / month

  • No maximum vehicle cap (scales linearly)

Important

  • Fleets operating 6 or more vehicles are required to enroll in Fleet Pro Compliance

  • Fleets may not remain on lower-tier plans once vehicle thresholds are exceeded

  • Downgrades are not permitted while vehicle count remains above plan limits

Enterprise Scaling Notice

Fleets operating at higher vehicle volumes may be subject to adjusted pricing or service structure based on operational complexity, audit exposure, or support requirements

Pricing adjustments, if applicable, will be communicated in advance

Fleet Core Compliance

$299 /month

Includes:

  • Includes up to 3 vehicles

  • All services included in Owner-Operator Compliance

  • Fleet-level monitoring and reporting

  • Centralized compliance oversight across vehicles

Vehicle Limits & Scaling:

  • Additional vehicles: $25 per vehicle / month

  • Maximum of 5 total vehicles on this plan

Important:

Fleets operating more than 5 vehicles are required to enroll in Fleet Pro Compliance

Setup & Additional Vehicle Pricing Disclosure

For clarity and transparency

One- Time Setup Fee

$299 one-time onboarding fee (required for all new accounts) Setup fee applies once per DOT authority

Additional Vehicles

$25 per additional vehicle per month(Applies to fleet packages only and beyond included vehicle limits)

Packages are based on active vehicle count under DOT authority

Undeclared Vehicle Policy

All vehicles operating under a client’s active DOT authority must be disclosed and enrolled under the appropriate compliance plan.

Vehicles identified during audits, FMCSA reviews, Clearinghouse queries, insurance filings, or third-party reporting that are not enrolled will be subject to immediate compliance remediation

Non-Compliance Fee

Undeclared vehicles are subject to a $150 per vehicle non-compliance remediation fee, plus required enrollment into the appropriate compliance plan.

Repeated non-disclosure may result in account suspension and termination

Compliance Recovery $ Audit Remediation

Starting at $1,000 (Scope-Based Assessment Required)

For carriers requiring corrective action or post audit stabilization

Companies requiring corrective action following aduit failure, conditional ratings, or enforcement actions may be subject to a Compliance Recovery Assessment and Remediation Fee prior to standard onboarding.
